SECONDARY BEDROOM: Brand new Queen (gel infused memory foam with pocket springs for pressure relief),  4 pillows, brand new luxury linens, dresser, light filtering blinds and blackout curtains.

OFFICE: Brand new, comfortable leather computer chair with large desk, extra storage dresser in the closet

BATHROOM: Pamper yourself in a beautifully renovated and modern bathroom with a lit mirror that also defogs itself!

KITCHEN: This beautiful kitchen will have brand new, full size, stainless steel appliances including: a glass top stove, dishwasher, over the range microwave venting outdoors, and full size fridge. The kitchen includes all dishware, flatware, knives, cooking utensils, rice cooker, blender, instant pot, toaster, Tupperware and more! Enjoy the quiet confidence of the under cabinet lighting and set the mood for relaxation after work.

GARAGE: One car garage with brand new ultra-quiet garage door opener. Garage offers a plug for EV chargers, front loading washer and dryer, utility sink, and extra cabinet storage.

PETS WELCOMED! We are pet friendly with a spacious fenced backyard! (The backyard is bigger than the entire house!) Non-destructive, well behaved, outdoor potty trained pets are allowed  (Pet rent per pet per month: $30, Non-refundable pet fee, per pet is $300 (for detailed and extra time cleaning), Refundable pet deposit is $300.) Quantity of pets is negotiable. No breed or size restrictions. A large dog bed and waterproof feeding mat will be provided with pet rent.
