Cat waste (litter box contents)must be removed from the house and cleaned daily to maintain a safe, healthy, and pleasantly smelling environment. Dog waste must be removed from the front and back yard daily to maintain a safe, healthy, and pleasantly smelling environment.
Failure to remove pet waste results in the following fees:
First occurrence: Written notice
Second occurrence: Written notice and $125 fee
Third or more occurrence: Written notice and $150 fee
The Tenant(s) shall be required to pay a pet deposit in the amount of $300 which is refundable at the end of the Lease Term only if there is no
damage to the Premises that is caused by the Pet(s). Tenants must pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 for having the animal on the Premises and for detailed cleaning and touch ups.
The Tenant(s) is responsible for all damage that any pet causes, regardless of ownership of said pet and agrees to restore the property to its
original condition at their expense. There shall be no limit on the weight or breed of the pet. Pets must be outdoor potty trained or litter box potty trained, non-destructive, well behaved and non-aggressive.
